Snow

Ok so i'm sitting with a coffee looking outside at the weather.It just snowed for 10mins and now it looks like its clearing up! I just don't get this weather! So lately we have had two races. A hilly circuit near brussels which was an alright race. Everyone tried really hard to split the 160 riders along the false flat after the big climb but the downhill section was too long and it always seemed to come back together. I gambled that it would split on the last lap, but I was wrong a break of 12 snuck away along the rolling section and had 30secs.Three of us from the team took chase and reduced the gap but it wasn't quite enough and I rolled in 17th. We had to ride the 60km home after the 120km race, which was alright in the rain. We where tickling along pretty good and so were the legs. I have two hard races on sunday (Trognee) and monday (Het Hagland) so its going to be a hard weekend followed by Wednesday. Wednesday we had another small kermese in Wanzele, where the pro kermese was last week. It was bloody cold and even was snowing! I had two long sleeve tops on and and jacket and my arse was still cold! A break off 10 got away early including one of our team mates, but the break was brought back after being away for 100km on the last up hill 4 km from the finish. Christophe was attacking like a mad man after the cobble section trying to break clear. Ended up with a 120man bunch kick, another crazy finish and I rolled in comfortably in 25th.
