Mountains

So I had 3 good days up in the mountains north of sweden, which was a nice change. Kind of reminds you of queenstown a bit, with the ski slopes and lakes. Even tho I had a nice recovery week with two days of and a shorter ride of 3hrs it was nice to get a glimpse of the swedish country. It was also the place where richard ussher won the nordic multisport champs recently. I also don't think i've seen so many downhill mountain bikers ever in one place, seems the ski slopes up there are quite popular for them. Today I got out for a good 3hr ride followed by a 20km run off the bike around a nice little lake up here, although it was quite warm I felt pretty good. Tomorrow's the usual big gear workout in the morning follwed by swimming in the afternoon in the outdoor pool. I'll post some photos up from the trip, when I get time.
